Terms of service
These terms apply between Priyanka ("we") and each merchant that installs TrackFlow Order Tracking ("TrackFlow") on a Shopify store ("you"). Installing or using TrackFlow means you accept them. Our privacy policy is part of these terms.
The service
TrackFlow imports your orders and fulfilment tracking numbers from Shopify, shows your shipments in a dashboard, and provides a tracking page for your customers. Features depend on your plan. We aim to keep TrackFlow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; carrier tracking data comes from third parties and may be delayed or incomplete.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app; uninstalling cancels it. Charges already made are handled under Shopify's billing terms. When you reach your plan's monthly shipment limit, orders keep importing but new shipments are not tracked until the next period or an upgrade.
Acceptable use
Use TrackFlow only for your own store's orders and in line with Shopify's terms and applicable law. Do not attempt to access other merchants' data or disrupt the service.
Data processing terms
This section is our data processing agreement with you for the personal information of your customers that Shopify shares with TrackFlow ("customer data").
- Roles. You are the controller of customer data; we process it as your processor, only on your instructions, which are these terms and your use of the app.
- Purpose. We process customer data only to provide TrackFlow: showing orders and shipments, the customer tracking page, and shipment emails if you enable them. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
- Confidentiality. Only people who operate TrackFlow can access customer data, and only when needed to run or support the service.
- Security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, Shopify access tokens are additionally encrypted, the database is not reachable from the internet, and each merchant can only access their own store's data.
- Sub-processors. We use the providers listed in our privacy policy. We will update that list before adding a new one.
- Assistance. We act on data requests Shopify forwards to us (customer data requests and deletion requests) and help you respond to your customers' requests.
- Incidents. We will notify you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of becoming aware, of a security incident affecting your customer data.
- Deletion. When you uninstall TrackFlow we stop processing, and delete your store's data when Shopify sends the shop deletion request (48 hours after uninstall).
Liability
To the extent the law allows, TrackFlow is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for TrackFlow in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the date above; significant changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using TrackFlow at any time by uninstalling it.
